January 20, 1999, Tuong Khang Production Trading Service Co., Ltd. was established, located at Lot 18, Road 3, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, according to business registration certificate No. 070732 issued by the Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City, with a total area of ​​4,200 square meters.

December 3, 2007, Tan Tuong Khang Company was established, located at Lot F1&F2, Road D2&N5, Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Khanh Binh Commune, Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam, according to Business Registration Certificate No.: 3700854179 issued by the Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong Province.
